(Work Outline) 

Responsible for the overall operations and management of Sales, Marketing, Forecast, Service and Administrative Activities (Management Strategy).

(Detail) 

Overall responsible for Sales, Customer Service, Logistic, HR & Finance team. 

Lead and work closely with sales team in attainment of new sales opportunity.

Motivate, coach and manage sales team and sales channels to deliver sales, profit, productivity and growth target and provide practical solutions to resolve conflicts.

Responsible for operations efficiency and maintain high level of customer service, quality assurance, compliance with local and international authorities.

Conduct a strategic review on short and long term performance on a regular basis to ensure the company increase in profits market share and return of investment capital

Manage the growth of our Product and brand with business collaborations with multinationals and SME (Small and medium enterprise in precision engineering).

Manage a Technical Centre which provides world class equipment and a group of professionals responsible for the Training, Engineering, Sales, Service and Support functions. 

Ensures quality delivery of our products to customers and ensure customer satisfaction and upkeep a group of motivated workforce.

Prepare Management Reports and prepare the Strategies for quarter’s business plan and yearly business plan.

Male or female (Male is Preferable!), age 35-55, Thai nationality

At least 5 years experience in Machine tools or accessories Sales with successful Sales Record. 

More than 10 years of Management experience (GM Level to Director Level)

Strong strategic mindset and business acumen 

Good analytical & communication skills/Resourceful and initiative

Strong organizational skills/Strong interpersonal skills

Experience working in CNC machine Industry before.

Languages skills:

English: Business level 

Japanese: conversation level (preferable)

Working Hour:Mon - Fri (8.30 – 17.30)
