Work outline: Overall of Administrator, Human Resources, Information Technology and Logistic
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage 4 departments and assist to Managing Director
Oversee all departments and report direct to Managing Director
Responsible for the general management of the company operations, administration and Human Resources
Planned, coordinating and managing all business operations to achieve corporate goals.
Managed administrative, logistical, human resources, and accounting services
Identified business opportunities with new and existing customers.
Assisted the management with budget preparation and expense management activities
Developed and delivering strategies to improve overall quality and productivity
Generated business, cost and employee reports
Provided direction and guidance to all employees in their assigned job duties
Ensured that employees follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications:

Thai Nationality, male/female, age 35-45 years old
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in Legal, Human Resources and administration tasks
At least 3 years’ experience in management
Have knowledge in IT and logistic
Strong leadership skill, be able to manage a team
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: ARL Ramkhamhaeng
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 80,000 – 100,000 THB negotiable
