Responsible for overall function of Sales Department including aftermarket.
*Mainly in charge of Thai companies. Not only management, but do develop client by self as well.

Manage the growth of our sales team and brand, especially for Thai companies.
Support to top management regarding corporate planning, discussion with engineering sector, Infiltrate the strategy to workforce
Ensures quality delivery of our products to customers and ensure customer satisfaction and upkeep a group of motivated workforce.
Prepare Management Reports and prepare the Strategies for quarter’s business plan and yearly business plan.
Keep up to date in market industrial trends, competitors and customer's strategies and to research and develop strategies and plan which identify marketing opportunities.
Controlling and managing all branch (Khon Kaen, Haad Yai, Chiangmai).
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female ,Age 45-50
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
At least 10 years of experience as a manager or higher management level responsible for sales.
Working experience in manufacturer or trading company related to industrial products.
Strong motivation to develop new business.
Process strong leadership, good interpersonal skill and problem solving skills
Languages skills:
English: Advanced Conversational – Business Level
Workplace Area: BTS Surasak
Working Hour:8:30 - 17:30 (Mon - Fri)
