Duties & Responsibilities:

Supporting the management and supporting factory supply such as company entrance, company property, company car and bus system, travelling means of employees, dormitory, security system, company assets, dispatch system and receiving mails, canteen support, activities and systems in factory

Personnel & General Affairs support/assistance

Responsible for all Government offices that concern with GA functions such as licenses

CSR Activities and maintaining relationship with the community

Planning, and sometimes delivering, training - including inductions for new staff

Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures

Other tasks as assigned

Qualification:

Desired skills & experiences:

[Must]

Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 28-35

Bachelor’s degree or Mater’s in HR Management or any related field

3-5 years’ experience in General Affairs 

Good command of spoken and written in English

Must be able to work in Ladplakao Factory

 [Prefer]

Attention to detail/Willing to work under pressure

Knowledge of Safety Activities/5S

Languages skills:

English: Advanced Conversational Level

Workplace Area:20 mins from DonMeung Airport by car

Working Hour:Monday – Friday (8.30 – 17.30)
