Work outline: Responsible for admin tasks especially P/O, invoice, admin related documents
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for all functions of Administrative Tasks and coordinate with management in relation to all General Affairs and labor relation activities.
Ø Managing the administration function such as office management, document filing, other general affairs
Ø To control driver staff and maid.
Ø These activities may include: copy services, office supplies, equipment, and inventory, administrative assistance, mail, distribution, and messenger services, records management, fleet management, facilities management
Ø Prepare all the stationary and office goods in the company
Ø Manage the conference room appointment
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female only, age 22-26 years.
Ø Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any related field
Ø Fresh graduate is welcome
Ø Computer literacy (Ms. Office)
Prefer:
Ø Experience in admin tasks
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Udomsuk
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon - Fri)
