Work outline: Responsibility for document control following company's regulations including board of director meeting arrangement and shareholder meeting
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Take care of general affair function such as internal purchasing, office management, document relate to government section, etc.
Ø Take care of issue concerning Foreigners managements such as, visa and work permit
Ø Interpret or translate in normal conversation, meeting or document (TH – JP)
Ø Board of director meeting arrangement and shareholder meeting
Ø Responsible for the General Affairs
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 30-40 years
Ø Bachelor degree in HR , GA , Japanese major or any related field
Ø At least 5 years of working experience as GA
Ø Good command of Japanese (at least N2)
Ø Strong self-motivated and energetic person
Ø Excellent interpersonal skill
Ø Detail oriented
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational
Japanese: Business level (At least N2)
Workplace Area: Navanakorn Industrial Estate, Pathum Thani
Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday)
