Work outline: Manage day-to-day operation of the Finance Department

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø    Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment
Ø    Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational
Ø    Use hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the company's borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchange positions
Ø    Keep good relationship with banks
Ø    Responsible for determining the company’s capital structure
Ø    Manage and develop internal controls, policies, and procedures
Ø    Lead and support financial analysis to various functions, teams and departments
Ø    Manage and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports
Ø    Make sure everything is compliance with Company policies and procedures
Ø    Other tasks as assigned by department manager

Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø    Thai nationality, Male/female, age between 40-45 years old
Ø    Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance
Ø    Direct working experience in Finance (Operation) in Trading company for more than 5 years (ONLY)
Ø    Excellent command of English
Ø    Experience in managerial
Ø    Commercial and business awareness
Ø    Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ø    Possessed go analytical skill
Ø    Problem-solving skill
Ø    Negotiation and the ability to influence others
Ø    Strong ability to lead and motive people to work as a team
Ø    The capability to make quick but rational decisions

Working Hour: Monday – Friday (8:30 – 17.00)
