Work outline: In charge of GL Accounts

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø    Maintain chart of accounts such as create new account code, new dimension including maintain the accounting period.
Ø    Perform the closing of fiscal years.
Ø    Perform balance sheet reconciliation.
Ø    Maintenance daily exchange rate.
Ø    Perform monthly exchange rate translation for foreign balance.
Ø    Perform monthly accrual expenses.
Ø    Review payroll reports and prepare payroll reconciliation.
Ø    Record all labour cost.
Ø    Prepare monthly intercompany confirmation.
Ø    Collect data and prepare the report for quarterly contingent liabilities.
Ø    Perform analysis and reports to Group reporting team.
Ø    Prepare JorNgor 8 form to present to government agency (Office of Industrial Economics)
Ø    Perform financial package and report to group finance monthly, quarterly and annually.
Ø    Perform internal control frame work about accounting record and reporting in Bwise system.
Ø    Coordinate and support external auditor in order to prepare the annual statutory financial statements.
Ø    Prepare annual statutory financial statements.
Ø    Support fast close project.
Ø    Support share service project.
Ø    Coordinate with Human Resource department in order to obtain the data of labour to support with month ended closing deadline.
Ø    Record accounting data in order to prepare the financial report within deadline.
Ø    Deliver the financial reports and package on time.
Ø    Ensure that the financial data is fairly accurate.
Ø    Monthly's Quality - deliver the report on time

Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø    Thai nationality, Male/Female, age between 28-35 years old
Ø    Bachelors or higher Degree in Accounting.
Ø    Having experience with tax calculation for BOI activities.
Ø    Having experience about transfer pricing or GL around 4-7 years
Ø    Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ø    Good in oral and written English skills.
Ø    Good in Microsoft office skill.
Ø    Able to work under pressure and flexible.
Ø    Work independently and self-motivated within the specified mandate.
Ø    Ability to meet deadline, self-managed and processes the ability to handle tasks with speed and accuracy.
