Work Outline: Manage and control overall financial job functions and monitor all transactions and costs
Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan and create company’s annual budget
Control debtors from sales, rental and service, including debtors analysis
Oversee the meter recording of rental clients, TGC and ensure timeliness of issuing invoice
Monitor and check contracts and follow up with the outstanding contracts
Determine a credit policy, analyze and make approval decision of the credit line and is responsible for reporting credit information
Monitor the cash flow, plan for payment and make a daily cash flow report
Solve problems, make decisions, advise, and coordinate with all involved department in the process
Make reports related to Finance and Business administration matters to managements in English
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male/female, age 30-45 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
At least 5 years’ experience in finance field
At least 3 years’ experience in Management Level
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Mature and reliable personality
Experience in Approve Credit / Credit Control
Strong Analytical Thinking with attention to details
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Leadership and good problem-solving skill
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Preferable Skill / Experience
Able to use Privot Table and V Look up
Languages skills
English: Conversational – Business Level
Japanese: None

Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
