Finance Assistant Manager (Costing) (80K – 100K) (SDG-111732)
ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายการเงิน (ต้นทุน)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Propose and build cost controlling strategies from the bottom up, initiate measures with regard cost management and control.
• Sharply and accurately identify cost risks and opportunities; and drive alignment around operational and financial actions to either minimize or mitigate risks.
• Works closely with production to ensure accurate and timely capture of all production costs and variances.
• Achieve real time monthly closing without compromising accounting quality and accuracy – including accruals, cost center and cost unit accounting. Running variance analysis of performance, and preparation of management reports.
• Reconciliation of ERP systems and work towards full alignment, building visualization reporting and analysis – improve efficiency and presentation of data retrieved from ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance to global and Thai GAAP requirements across all manufacturing related costs.
• Coordinate the gathering of assumptions for BOM usages, scrap rates, line speeds, and other key metrics for periodic forecasts.
• Assisting the Head of Finance & Controlling in the direction of the accounting functions. Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of the financial statements.
• Handle and oversee all day-to-day general ledger, special ledgers transactions and bank reconciliations.
• Ensuring all level of posting and closing quality in the monthly, quarterly and annual. financial statements to be prepared, taking into account all relevant accounting standards and internal group requirements.
• Ensure all accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis, review and approve those reconciliations.
• Preventing inaccuracies in financial statements by setting up internal control systems and adopting proper policies for financial reporting.
• Prepare reporting to support the operational and financial performance of the plant.
• Ensure an up-to-date cash flow projection is maintained and maximize the cash flow. Performance of the company through controls on overhead, inventory, collection, disbursements, deposits, and remittances.

• รับรองการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนด GAAP ระดับโลกและของไทยในต้นทุนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิตทั้งหมด
• ประสานงานการรวบรวมสมมติฐานสำหรับการใช้ BOM อัตราเศษวัสดุ ความเร็วสายการผลิต และตัวชี้วัดสำคัญอื่นๆ
• ช่วยเหลือหัวหน้าฝ่ายการเงินและการควบคุมในทิศทางของฟังก์ชันการบัญชี รับรองความตรงเวลาและความถูกต้องของงบการเงิน
• จัดการและดูแลบัญชีแยกประเภททั่วไป บัญชีแยกประเภทพิเศษ และการกระทบยอดบัญชีธนาคารทุกวัน
• รับรองคุณภาพการลงรายการและปิดบัญชีทุกระดับในงบการเงินรายเดือน รายไตรมาส และรายปี โดยคำนึงถึงมาตรฐานการบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด
• รับรองว่าบัญชีทั้งหมดได้รับการกระทบยอดรายเดือน
• จัดทำรายงานเพื่อสนับสนุนประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานและการเงินของโรงงาน
• รับรองว่ามีการประมาณการกระแสเงินสดที่ทันสมัยและเพิ่มกระแสเงินสดให้สูงสุด
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-38 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Have working experience at least 5 years about Cost Accounting from any manufacturing industry
• Have management experience at least 3 years as Supervisor, Assistant Manager or higher
• Have working experience in global company
• Conversational high level of English *Have to contact with global company group, Interview and work in English
• Able to use MS Office program
• Have working experience from MNC company is preferable.

• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา *ต้องติดต่อกับกลุ่มบริษัทระดับโลก สัมภาษณ์งาน และทำงานเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office ได้
• หากมีประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทนานาชาติจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
