Work outline: Responsible to manage ACCOUNTING, FINANCE, AND ADMIN functions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
    Manage overall performance of finance, accounting, and admin functions such as general ledger, fixed assets, TAX and VAT, AP & AR, etc.
    Prepare accounting records and reports in accordance with the company’s accounting policies, and related accounting principles and practices
    Reconcile and analyze financial statements and balance sheet
    Manage on month/quarter/year end closing and financial reporting as required with accuracy on a timely manner and ensure that financial transactions are complied
    Oversee budget planning and cost management
    Implement and maintain effective accounting practices and procedure as required by local laws
    Oversee the administration and human resource works; including legal matters related to this, i.e. Social Security, Provident Fund, Payroll, Visa and Work Permit, etc.
    Develop tools and systems for operating and supporting systems

Qualifications:
[Must]
    Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years
    Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
    At least 8 years’ experience in accounting, human resource, and admin fields
    At least 6 years’ experience in managerial level
    Working experience in trading or manufacturing
    Possess CPD license
    Possess knowledge and experience of assets and inventory control
    Possess knowledge in IFRS
    Possess knowledge in VISA and Work Permit
    Team player & resourceful with good communication and negotiation skills
    Fast and independent with strong organizational / leadership skills
    Self-manage, able to prioritized the job and can work under pressure
    Possess open-mind and positive attitude
    Good commands of English

Preferable:
    Having knowledge of SAP is preferable

Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday)

Salary: 65,000 – 80,000 THB negotiable
