Finance Accounting Supervisor (35K-50K) (SDG-24680)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Manage daily AP disbursements and AR collection
 Manage tax filling, CIT, VAT, PIT and other tax matters.
 Prepare monthly financial statements and report analysis to the management
 Prepare consolidation package and report to HQ in Japan in *English
 Prepare cash flow forecast and liaise with banks
 Prepare business plan and budget
 Ensure accurate costing calculation
 Establish internal control system for accounting and finance
 Coordinate with other department, external auditors, Revenue dept. etc.
 Other duties as assigned


Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
 Bachelor’s degree
 Technical knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS
 Well-experienced with EXCEL ( for analysis and preparing reports )
 Fair command of English communication ( speaking and writing )
 At least 7 years experience in Accounting and finance fields as mentioned below.
 Experience in Financial Task
 Experience to contact with Revenue Office
 Able to prepare Monthly Closing Report
 Able to prepare Consolidate Package
 Skill of report analysis
 Experience in Planning (Budgeting)
 Experience in Cost Calculation
 High responsibility, quick learning and self-motivated.
 Experience and knowledge of Profit&Loss, Financial Statement, Monthly closing report, Balance Sheet

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Preferred to have work experience in Japanese company
 Preferred to have experience with cloud-based accounting software (XERO Accounting System)
