(Work Outline)
Provide support to Operations group, through information analyses, preparation of operational data/analyses for publication to various constituents throughout company who rely on/benefit from the information to make informed business decisions, services of general affairs and operating risk management system. Primary responsibilities will include handling taxation and assisting Operations team in the Monthly Operations Review, identification of areas for cost reductions and operational improvements, annual budget process, periodic forecasting, and periodic analysis of operations performance.

・Develop Budget control system and reporting manor.
・Prepare monthly analysis of cost of goods sold and operational expenses against prior year and budget,
・Providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate the risks.
・Handle financial closing and report to regional head quarter through system.
・Handle correct taxation/ Building relationship with revenue department.
・Follow up daily accounting operation.
・Handle governance system such as risk management committee and risk management system.
・Follow up daily GA services such as company car operation, visa application and BOI document application.
・Develop and motivate subordinates by on the job training.
Desired skills & experiences:

Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 40 - 45
Bachelor’s degree
Experienced Finance and accounting jobs more than 10 years
High proficiency in English
Good collaborative, abilities of communication with global team members
Have a good knowledge of SAP and taxation
[Prefer]
Loyalty and determination for long-term commitment
More than 5 years management experience in the field of Finance and accounting in subsidiaries of global company
Languages skills:
English: Business level
Workplace Area: Klong Nueng / Pathumthani
Working Hour:8.30 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday)
