Factory Manager (Japanese Speaking) @Chonburi (70K-80K) (SDG-26987)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Plan the factory management strategy in accordance with company policy, which includes the development of routine management controls to enable the production of quality products, cost and delivery, stock inventory.
 Strategic planning in the management of the factory. Modify, revised policies in factory management.
 Plan capital strategic in various projects.
 Coordinate with the management between Head office in Japanese, Office in Thailand and Manufacturing
 Plan and monitor the management of the various departments.
 Consultation decided to solve. Compiling operation and management reports.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male, 46-60 years
 Bachelor degree in Engineering or related fields.
 Experienced as Factory Manager with 3 years experiences in automotive business.
 Have knowledge of manufacturing control, productivity, maintenance and quality control.
 Strong analytical, planning and problem solving skills.
 Good communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership ability and good team player.
 Be able to communicate in Japanese in Conversational Level with at least N3 level or above
 Good communication skill
