Work outline: Manage total manufacturing process and resources to achieve KPI.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Directs manufacturing activities including planning, organization, leading and controlling of Factory resources to achieve business goal and KPI thru utilizing engineering expertise, technology, innovation and management tools to drive team to deliver expected results.
Ø Develops operating procedures to maintain and improve high production quality, delivery and safety and managing and monitoring the budget, achieving operational targets and reporting out on operational metrics.
Ø Utilize industrial engineering applications to provide efficient assembly of products resulting in cost saving, on time delivery and high quality products.
Ø Organizes and assigns work to utilize available skills, knowledge and experience, providing regular training to maintain and increase team capabilities.
Ø Ensuring that Engineering and maintenance activities comply with engineering standards and fully support company objectives both with regards to short term and long term strategy.
Ø Work closely with other departments in implementing process improvements and other solutions to achieve plant goals.
Ø Others job to be assigned by Company from time to time.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male only, age 38-45 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial in Electronic or others related)
Ø Experience 10 years in manufacturing management.
Ø At least 5 years’ supervisor experience in a manufacturing assembly environment.
Ø Experience implementing or maintaining lean manufacturing system (5S, Kaizen)
Ø Good communication skills in English.
Preferable:
Ø Worked in JP Company before (culturally-fit)
Ø Good presentation skill
Ø Experience in electronic business.

English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Sinsakhon Industrial Estate, Samut Sakhon
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8.00- 17:00 (and every other Saturday)
