Work Outline: Oversee the operations of the factory on a daily basis, Ensuring production objectives are met within quality and cost standards.
Duties & Responsibility:
Directing and coordinating all facility operations. Through subordinate supervisors and managers ensuring production objectives are met within quality and cost standards.
Working to set staffing resources as well as volumes required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quality and quantity.
Coordinating production schedules based on product introduction timelines set by the customer and helping to improve factory throughput while working with Supply Chain to shorten or meet customer delivery dates.
Controlling the quality, manufacturing, and cost of the facility.
Overseeing the maintenance and security of all plant buildings and equipment.
Overseeing the change management and upgrade to European Standards.
Organizationally and operationally focusing to meet tactical and strategic company initiatives.
Reviewing and approving actions regarding pay, people, and costs in line with corporate policy.
Representing the organization in the community and promoting the goodwill and interests of the organization throughout the community.
Performing various individual assignments; establishing and maintaining effective work relationships within the department, the Corporation and the community; and maintaining the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.
Performing administrative activities necessary for the effective management of the business including development of employees, budget administration, employee safety, employee counselling and motivation, organization goals and objectives, and planning, integrating, and measuring the work performed within the facility and ensuring adequate and continuous control is exercised over the activities affecting quality.
Qualifications:

Thai nationality, Male only, Age 40-46 years old
In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing Management
Experience in understanding and driving actions based on the profit & loss statement
Multi-facility management skills
Determined, pro-active and with excellent interpersonal skills
Good command in English
Own a driving license
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experienced in setting up new Manufacturing
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation
Japanese: Preferable: Advanced conversational level
Workplace Area: Rayong Industrial area
Working Hour: 8:15 – 17:15 (Mon – Fri *Sat: 2 times per month)
About the Benefit
Salary: 80,000 – 100,000 THB Negotiable
