Work Outline: Directing and coordinating all facility operations
Duties & Responsibility:
•Ensuring production objectives are met within quality and cost standards.
•Working to set staffing resources as well as volumes required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quality and quantity.
•Coordinating production schedules and helping to improve factory throughput while working with Supply Chain to shorten or meet customer delivery dates.
•Controlling the quality, manufacturing, and cost of the facility.
•Overseeing the maintenance and security of equipment.
•Reviewing and approving actions regarding pay, people, and costs in line with corporate policy.
•Representing the organization in the community and promoting the goodwill and interests of the organization throughout the community.
•Performing various individual assignments; establishing and maintaining effective work relationships within the department, the Corporation and the community.
•Maintaining the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai nationality only, Male or Female, age 25 - 40
•At least 3-4 year work experience in Manufacturing field
•Good interpersonal skill to manage all members in factory
•Person who are Energy and have high motivation
[Prefer]
•Working experience as Purchase/Procurement in Factory
•Younger person in preferable
•Good command of Japanese
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level (Preferable)
Workplace Area: Bangphli, Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:00 (Mon - Sat) * work on Saturday 2 times/ month
