Duties & Responsibility:
1) Demonstration
* Prepare presentation document to customer
* Ensure readiness of reserved facilities and setup
* Conduct presentation
2) Detail survey and design
* Receive request for details survey
* Interface with sales and customers to add new or custom features to company products
* Distribute necessary information to assigned persons
* Prepare existing system flowchart
* Prepare report of existing system and requirements
3) Programming
* Develop system specification
4) Testing
* Prepare test cycles, test data and expected results
* Review unit testing
* Conduct system testing
* Collect actual testing results
5) System implementation
* Conduct system conversion
6) Training
* Define scope of training
* Prepare training document
* Conduct training
* Provide technical information or training to customer and junior staff
7) Trouble shooting
* Receive calls from customers
* Define the problems
* Make corrections
* Prepare reports for trouble shooting and corrective actions
8) Support
* Maintain technical and service support to customers and junior staff
* Perform any necessary tasks assigned by Manager
Qualification:
* Male/Female, Thai Nationality only
* At least 5 years’ experience in ERP Implementation in Finance Industries or related fields
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
* Good command of English
