Enterprise Risk Management Manager (Leasing) (60K–85K) (SDG-61169)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Managing overall risk management process in company i.e. conducting risk assessment, identify and evaluating the risk affecting (company's risk profile and framework), as well as establishing and quantifying the company's risk appetite with monitoring and controllingly
- Manage overall risk management process in company
- Enterprise Risk Mgt.: Conducting risk assessment, company risk profile and framework, monitoring and controlling process
- Operational Risk Mgt.: Conducting risk assessment, operational loss data process, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Crisis Management
- Credit Risk Mgt.: Manage credit standard policy, analyze credit deficiency and provide credit training
- Coordinate and support other departments to analyze risk for new products & businesses
- Coordinate with oversea group branches about Risk Management topics
- Supervise team to manage jobs to complete within timeline
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 35 - 40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years and above experience in risk management areas in financial sectors
- Strong knowledge in Enterprise Risk or Operational Risk fields
- Management experiences around 3-5 persons
- Good command of English both written and spoken (to communicate with Japanese and foreign expatriates)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Knowledge/Experience in credit analysis, crisis management and statistic model, internal audit areas, SOX, and relates to financial business
- Experience in hire-purchase business of automobile
