Engineering Manager (Program) (60K–80K) (SDG-61925)

<Job Responsibilities>
Task summary: Will be responsible for the implement of product commercialization interact with all function areas within the Value stream organization.
Coordinate cross-functional activities that may include the following marketing sales, purchasing / material planning / warehouse / quality assurance / engineering / production & process / maintenance / quality system and safety and cost accounting as required meeting the goals for assigned product commercialization project

- New project launch and Builds the project team, organizing and leading the project meetings including master schedule, budget, quality and technical / engineering Support marketing and sales
- Visit customers to get the requirement
- Responsible for the development of design concept
- Defines and sets the priorities, in agreement with the Managers for sales / purchasing / material planning / warehouse / quality assurance / engineering / production & process / maintenance / quality system and safety
- Budget control and meet target / profit of company (people – investments – general expenses – development)
- Tracking project timeline and take lead to monitor project result each even and make official report that included implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Ensure customer communication externally and internally with respect to the constant Innovation
- Hold regular update meetings.
- Recommend corrective action when a project plan does not meet objectives.
- Track project compared to plan with focus on function


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male 35 - 40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- At least 2-3 years as Management level and Automotive Manufacturing
- Good working experience in implementing Tooling Management System and Lean Six Sigma
- Excellent skill in Auto CAD Strong hands on working knowledge of Foam and Elastomer Materials
- Proficient in written and spoken English (To communicated with Singaporean)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experiences in Foam, Rubber and sponge products for Automotive and electrical appliance industry

- ควบคุมงบประมาณและบรรลุเป้าหมาย / กำไรของบริษัท (คน – การลงทุน – ค่าใช้จ่ายทั่วไป – การพัฒนา)
- ติดตามไทม์ไลน์ของโครงการและนำไปสู่การติดตามผลโครงการแต่ละครั้ง และทำรายงานอย่างเป็นทางการซึ่งรวมถึงการดำเนินการและจัดการการเปลี่ยนแปลงโครงการและการแทรกแซงเพื่อให้บรรลุผลโครงการ
- รับรองการสื่อสารกับลูกค้าทั้งภายนอกและภายในโดยคำนึงถึงนวัตกรรมอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- จัดประชุมอัพเดทเป็นประจำ
- แนะนำการดำเนินการแก้ไขเมื่อแผนโครงการไม่เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์
- ติดตามโครงการเทียบกับแผนโดยเน้นฟังก์ชั่น


<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย 35 - 40 ปี years
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
- อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี ในระดับบริหารและการผลิตยานยนต์
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานที่ดีในการใช้ Tooling Management System และ Lean Six Sigma
- มีทักษะที่ยอดเยี่ยมใน Auto CAD เชี่ยวชาญด้านวัสดุโฟมและอีลาสโตเมอร์
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการเขียนและพูดภาษาอังกฤษ (เพื่อสื่อสารกับชาวสิงคโปร์)

- ประสบการณ์ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์โฟม ยาง และฟองน้ำสำหรับอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์และเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า
