Work Outline: Provide technical direction and business guidance to the engineering team
Work closely with Management team from the Bidding process until the commission process
Duties & Responsibility:
Building the engineering , Estimating and CAD structure to scale and grow with the strategy of the company
Work jointly with sales organization to create a territory plan and adding own knowledge of local market demand
Lead team to technical account strategies that align to customer requirements and goals, assign resources appropriately
Support both sales and operations team on technical clarification, site survey/inspection and participate on system commissioning
Prepare budgets, bids and contract
Review, recommend and approve contract and cost estimates
Present and explain proposals, reports and finding to clients
Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 35-45 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical
At least 10 years’ experience on Fire Protection/Suppression and Fire Alarm Systems design or related field
English in Business Level
Licensed for Professional Practice (Professional Mechanical Engineer)
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Workplace Area: Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon - Fri)
