About this Job

Job Highlight:

• An opportunity to work and become a key person with a Japanese company founded in 1938 (Training will be held in Japan if necessary)
• Business expansion will be taken place not only in Thailand, but also other countries in the future
• This company was registered in January 2015 and the operation will start during February to April

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Management of every business related to the new set up phase
• Responsible for contract negotiation (with clients/ coordinate with Japanese and Thai)
• Issue quotation
• Drawings instruction & double check (to draft man)

• Construction progress management (instruction & coaching, status confirmation)
• Main venue - office buildings, hotels, factories, etc.
• Creating user-friendly interfaces and ensure the safety regulations are followed
• Work location – half week will be in Bangkok office and the rest will be at the sites (in Bangkok)
• A company car will be provided for official use
• Perform other duties as assigned

Desired skills & experiences:

MUST

• Male ONLY, Thai nationality, Age 30-40
• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in Construction field
• PC skill（MS Office）

PREFER

• Managerial Experience in Construction
• Japanese Language Skill
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
