<Position Objective/Expectation >
- All work such as compliance with laws and regulations related to occupational health and safety, business design, implementation, employee education, etc.

<Job Responsibilities>
・Occupational Safety management
・Implement and maintain PSM/PSSR/LOTOTO/POW standards and internal safety
audit/committee organizations
・Support environmental management (waste management, WWT, air pollution
management)
・Managing and improving OSHMS and PSM programs
・Other assignments as discussed with the team

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in occupational health and safety or related field
・At least 7 years experience in a health and safety role with a "Professional" level, with experience working under and managing a PSM system (Process Safety Management) from any manufacturing.
・At least 5 years in management experience.
・License in occupational health and safety (professional level)
・Advance conversation high level of English (TOEIC score of 700 or higher )
・Excellent knowledge of Thai Occupational Health and Safety Regulations
・Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills are a must
・Proactive, self-motivated, fast learner, service-minded, strong team player and able to work under pressure in a multinational working environment
・Strong communication skills demonstrating both flexibility and precision;
excellent English speaking ability
・Ability to maintain awareness of other teams' schedules and present situation; ability and willingness to make necessary adjustments given these factors without compromising health and safety standards
