Work Outline: Responsible for all domestic sales support activities of Automotive parts, Machinery and materials, Steel, Aluminum, Resin, Parts and Machinery
Duties & Responsibility:
Response to customer purchase order in professional manner
Coordinate with customers to create effective delivery plan
Control inventory level in order to fulfill customer order without fail
Coordinate with forwarding agent and ensure smooth and timely delivery
Issue necessary document for sales function including invoice, delivery order, etc.
Support sales team for inventory and delivery issue
Calculate price and create quotation
Visit customers or suppliers occasionally and maintain healthy relationship
Qualifications:
[Must]
Male/Female, age not over 30 years old
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or any field
Good command in written and spoken English
Have skill in Computer literacy particularly Microsoft Office
Willingness to learn and able work under pressure
Must have strong ability in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
New Graduates are also welcomed
