Work outline: Manage and store all relevant documents of site construction and coordinate with supplier etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Create and maintain a filing system that supports efficient information management
Ø Collect and store file from various departments
Ø Coordinate and establish all project site locations document control centers, contractors and vendor
Ø Ensures all records-management activities adhere to institutional policies and legal regulations
Ø Visit sites when required
Ø Provide report to management
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male or female, age 30-40 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
Ø 5 years in relevant working experience in document controlling, preferably with an construction company
Ø Experience in managerial level
Ø Excellent in English
Languages skills
English: Business Level

Workplace Area: BTS Saladang
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30
