Delivery Staff (35K-45K) (SDG-22017)
<Job Responsibilities>
Cooperate with supplier/Factory to run shipment process (mainly contact with in-house factory in China and Japan) to assure that product will reach client on time
Contact Japanese HQ to run delivery system (using SAP)
Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests
Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
Develop Production control to avoid shortages and excesses.
Managing production plans to identify and report potential risks to Manager
Other tasks as assigned
Workplace Area: BTS Bangna, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, 25-35 years
Bachelor degree in any related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Import-Export / Delivery / shipping or similar role
Knowledge of Production planning/ control and shipment procedure
Good command of English
Good interpersonal skill with “Can do” attitude. Prefer to work with Japanese Company which may require to work overtime (around 20-30Hr. /month)
Strong interpersonal skill, communication skill and service mind

Flexible and dynamic person with no reluctant to do various tasks
