Work Outline: Manage and Control Customs House Brokerage Department and Cooperate with other team to achieve company target
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and Control Customs House Brokerage Department and Cooperate with other team to achieve company target.
H S Code Classification.
Check import and export entry for all Customer Service before submit to Customs Department, in case any mistake shall be instructed to related staff.
Check all license related to import and export customs clearance for importer and exporter.
Record, analysis and action plan for improvement customs clearance service continuously.
Update Custom’s regulations and other related regulations for customs clearance both import and export businesses.
Arrange In House Training for Customs House Brokerage Department or any request from General Manager / Management.
Arrange license of Company for customs clearance service
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai national, Male or Female , Age 35- 45 Years Old
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
At least 5 years in managerial level or team leader in Import & Export Customs Clearance Dept and Familiar and Professional of the logistics documentary
Have completed Customs specialist training program and obtain valid Specialist Certificate from Customs Dept
Have experience and good knowledge about Import and Export Customs Clearance Procedure, HS. Code, FTA Privilege, 19 Bis, Tax Compensation for export
Able to control and checking duty refund customs clearance procedure
Problem Solving for import and export customs clearance must be needed.
The experiences of the Customs Department’s participation.
Familiar with the AEO License for Customs Broker, Counter Service License.
Preferable Skill / Experience
Working experience in Japanese freight
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversational level

Workplace Area: MRT Petchburi
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:40 (Mon – Fri)

Salary: 50,000-65,000 THB including all Allowance
