Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate with suppliers and shipping agents regarding purchasing issues

Monitoring shipment status and update to customers

Coordinate with logistics/suppliers and customers/factory

Plan and arrange delivery shipment /products as per customer required

Responsible for control proceeding both Import-Export Customs Formalities Clearance, EPZ, FZ (Free Zone)

Coordinate with sales team, shipping agent, warehouse for customs clearance, billing and other related jobs

Prepare shipping documents as necessary for clearance

Prepare document related to import – export shipment

Other tasks as assigned

Qualification:

Desired skills & experiences:

Minimum Requirements

Thai Nationality, Female ONLY, Age 23-27

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or any related field

1 year of experience in Customs/Import/Export 

Preferred Qualifications

Attention to detail/Willing to work under pressure

Experience in Japanese Manufacturing Company

Languages skills: 

English: Advanced Conversational Level

Workplace Area:North Sathorn, Bangkok

Working Hour:8.30 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday)
