Work Outline: To ensure that all basic Distributor Services related functions, such as Order Processing, resolve Phone-in inquiries, and various Application Processing can be handled smoothly with accuracy, efficiency and professional services attitude while keeping the Company’s policies and procedure in place
Duties & Responsibility:
Process Phone-in, Fax-in, E-mail and mail-in orders from Distributors
Accurate process local and international orders from distributors (in person, over the phone, e-mail, mail-in or fax-in) while provide superb customer service
All basic Order Support Reports.
Ensure all orders processed are fully accurately paid.
Answer all incoming related inquiries from phone-in distributors with accurate feedback. This will include the disbursement of various information, distribution of different promotional flyers, checking volumes, and receiving comments/complaints.
Able to carry out the translation, proof reading, special projects accurately
Qualifications:
[Must]
Age not over 35
At least 1 year working experience in customer service industry, cash handling experience is preferred
Proficiency in verbal and written local languages, basic English skill is required
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
Ability to provide superb customer service and resolve problems independently under the company’s guidelines
Self-motivated and attentive to details with strong initiative
Ability to work in a resulted-oriented atmosphere under pressure and meeting tight deadlines as flexible working hours maybe required
Good computer literacy (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

Workplace Area: BTS Chidlom/Ploenchit, Bangkok
Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. – 18:00) Working half day on Saturday, twice a month
