Details
Service : Travel Insurance for Japanese who are in Thailand
Call/e-mail to Japanese customers in order to get information for assessment
Claim the payment for the service
Service between hospital and customers
Handle the payment (In case customers will be in hospital, use cashless-service)
Visit hospital to collect the documents for insurance service to be valid
Qualification:
Good command of Japanese(JLPT level N2 up) *able to talk and negotiate with Japanese by phone
Bachelor’s degree in any fields
At least 3 years working experience of service with Japanese customers
Have positive attitudes, service minded, pleasant personality
Computer literate(MS Office)
Preferable Skill / Experience
Working experience in hospital will be advantage
Good command of English
Organized, mature and work well both in team and independently
Language Skill:
*English: Advanced Conversational (preferable)
*Japanese: Business level *N2 up
Workplace Area:BTS Chongnonsi
Working Hour:8:30 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 45,000-65,000 THB/ Month
