Work Outline: Responsible for overall documentation and support sales activities as assigned by Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
    Arrange export shipment as customer service
    Take care, get requirement from customer, arrange space booking with shipping lines, prepare booking confirmation to customers
    Prepare shipping document and prepare Sl data and B/L printing, pre-alert to destination branch
    Responsible for export document of shipment destination port
    Report supervisor and higher level to solve operation & booking problem
    Negotiate with shipping line to get space and extra charge for cost saving
    Arrange ISF, AMA, AFR, ENS and other data submission in website for shipment to destination port
    Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
[Must]
    Thai Nationality, Male/female, Age 25-35 years old
    Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field
    At least 1-2 years’ experience in logistics of freight forwarding business field
    Basic knowledge of process job custom clearance route and regulations under Land Transportation department
    Possess service minded character, self-confident, resourceful, smart, active and negotiable character
    Willing to work long hour after working hours under pressure of operation problem solving
    Good command of MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)

English: Advanced Conversational Level

Workplace Area: BTS Thonglor/ Prompong
Working Hour: 8:30 – 18:00 (Monday – Friday)
