Duties & Responsibility:

Responsible for full customer service function. Coordinating and serving customers' requirements.

Managing delivery activities to customer on time. 

Preparing all of document (invoice, packing list, etc.) 

Coordinating & providing support to other department related with customer issues. 

Connecting and coordinating with oversea suppliers/customers and shipping agencies. 

Control purchasing and selling price. 

Supervise the pre/post sales customer service operations.

Qualifications:

[Must]

Male or Female, Thai Nationality

Age 25-40 years old

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration or any related field.

Having 2 year of experience in Customer Service in Electronic Components Business. 

Having 2 year of experience in management level for supervisor position. 

Proficient in speaking & writing English. 

Comfortable with details-oriented and documentary work. 

Excellent personality and communication skill

Strong leadership skill and service minded. 

Systematic thinking, analytical and strategic planning skills 

Good work attitude and willing to work hard.

[Preferable]

Independent and result orientated 

Able to speak Japanese or Chinese will be advantage

Languages skills:

English: Business Level 

Workplace Area: Phayathai, Bangkok

Working Hour: Mon – Fri 8:30 – 17:30 

About the Benefit

Salary: 20,000-40,000 THB/ Month
