Duties & Responsibility:
Management of customer service operations including the provision of pre-sales and post-sales customer/distributor services, quotations.
Ensuring administrative solutions, and consulting to benefit customers/ distributors. Manages liaison between customers/distributors and appropriate internal organization to resolve customer/distributor inquiries.
Responsible for policies, processes and systems in area of program or process ownership.
Responsible for full customer service function. Coordinating and serving customers' requirements.
Coordinating & providing support to other department related with customer issues.
Coordinating with oversea suppliers/customers and shipping agencies.
Supervise the pre/post sales customer service operations.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Female or Male, Thai Nationality
Age above 35 years old
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration or any related field.
3-5 years of experience in Customer Service filed in Electronic Components Business.
At least 2 years of experience in management level
Have Import-Export or logistic knowledge
Proficient in speaking & writing English
Comfortable with details-oriented and documentary work.
Excellent personality and communication skill
Strong leadership skill and service minded.
Systematic thinking, analytical and strategic planning skills.
[Preferable]
Good work attitude and willing to work hard is a plus
Able to speak Japanese or Chinese will be advantage
Languages skills:
English: Business Level
Workplace Area: Phayathai, Bangkok (Near BTS Ari)
Working Hour: Mon – Fri 8:30 – 17:30
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000-80,000 THB/ Month
