Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø    Explain about medical services to customers
Ø    Handling patient call and arrange the appointment if patient need to go hospital
Ø    As necessary, accompany to hospital with patient
Ø    Provide translation service between patient and doctor at hospital
Ø    Making reports of patient cases
Ø    Update the information of medical
Ø    Responsible for assigned role.
Ø    Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø    Thai nationality , Male/female, 22-40 y.o
Ø    Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related fields
Ø    Fresh graduates are welcome
Ø    At least 1 year of working experience in business operator or interpreter
Ø    Interested in medical support business
Ø    Good command in MS Office Skills (Word, Excel)
Ø    Good command in Japanese and English
Ø    Able to visit hospital & work at night time (for emergency cases)
Ø    Travel by own car or public transportations



Preferable:
Ø    Experience in hospital as translator
Ø    Working experience as a nurse
Ø    Experienced living in Japan

Languages skills
English: Advance Conversational Level
Japanese: Business (JPLT N1 only)

Workplace Area: BTS Asoke/MRT Sukhumvit
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon – Fri)

About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000 - 60,000 THB (Excluding allowance)
