Job Highlight
Knowledge and Sales experience in Chemical & Semi-Conductors Field.
Strong experience in customer service and sales support especially for Industrial Products.
Willing to work with one of the well-known and large company
Work outline: Responsible for supporting sales documents and admins tasks in the department
Duties & Responsibilities:
Response to customer purchase order in professional manner
Coordinate with customers to create effective delivery plan by calling or email
Control inventory level in order to fulfill customer order without failure
Coordinate with internal and external parties
Handle admin work such as booking hotels and conference rooms, etc.
Issue necessary document for sales function including invoice, delivery order, etc.
Support sales team for inventory and delivery issue
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Female , age 26-30 years
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Business English, or other related fields
2 yrs. exp. in Sales Coordinator / Customer Support (exp. in handling sales documents) / Sales (Not job hopper)
Exp. in trading or sales office company
Good command of English skill in order to communicate with Japanese Manager and coworkers, handle English documents, etc.
Strong self-motivated and energetic person
Excellent interpersonal skill and Detail oriented
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Thonglor
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday)

Salary: 20,000 – 24,000 THB
