Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Managing imports/exports and documents needed for receiving and delivery of both raw materials and finished goods to customers.
Ø Coordinating with shipping companies to ensure clearance service are conducted accurately and in a timely manner.
Ø Organizing and disseminating customer forecast reports to internal team members.
Ø Processing customer orders and providing confirmations regarding delivery dates.
Ø Carrying out tasks according to defined work/quality procedures.
Ø Updating customers regarding potential shortages and working with the internal team to resolve any shortfalls.
Ø Performing various other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female, Age 25-32 years
Ø Bachelor degree in a related field.
Ø At least 2 years of working experience
Ø Have a good command of English (Advance conversational level)
Preferable:
Ø At least 2 years’ experience in import & export.
Ø Familiar with international freight forwarding market experience and shipping import customer service operations
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Bangna-Trad Rd. KM.19
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon-Fri) (work on Saturday every 2 weeks; 3 hours a day)
About the Benefit
Salary: 23,000 – 28,000 THB negotiable
