Responsibility:
Response to customer purchase order in professional manner
Coordinate with customers to create effective delivery plan by calling or email
Control inventory level in order to fulfill customer order without fail
Coordinate with forwarding agent and ensure smooth and timely delivery
Issue necessary document for sales function including invoice, delivery order, etc.
Support sales team for inventory and delivery issue
Calculate price and create quotation
Qualification:
Female only, not over 26 years old
Bachelor Degree in any field
Fresh graduates are welcome
At least 1 year of working experience as a sales support, or related task
Good command in English (internal communication)
Strong teamwork with good personal skills, services mind, love to solve problems
Good communication skill and flexible
Language Skill:
*English in Advanced Conversational Level (TOEIC: 650)
Workplace Area:Petchaburi Rd. / Bangkok
Working Hour:Mon - Fri (8.15 – 17.15)
About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000-40,000 THB/ Month
