<Job responsibilities>
[Admin Task] 70%
- Supervise general administrative work in the office and Factory.
- Supervise Service work, reception work, vehicle Service work and safety work of the company to make IT smooth without Any impact during work.
- Set criteria for the use of various office equipment and supplies, such as the use of photocopiers.
- Manage the cleanliness and landscaping of the company. Set standards for cleaning work.
- Manage the security of the company, by supervising, providing policy, and advising on principles and methods for setting standards for the company's security work,
- Participate in evaluating and selecting contractor companies that provide administrative services for the company.
- Follow up and inspect the management of buildings and external areas, including offices, factories, warehouses, stores, parking lots, waste yards, etc., to keep them in good condition, clean and tidy
- Follow up to Ensure that licenses are processed, transport vehicle registration company vehicles, insurance, property insurance, property tax and land tax, sign tax, local maintenance tax that are necessary for the work of the company.
- Supervise the renewal of documents related to the work of foreign executives to be correct as required by law, such as renewing work permits and visas.
- Control and oversee the insurance of buildings, factories, machinery, and cars for the entire company.
- Responsible for the legal management of the company and contact a lawyer to carry out legal procedures

- Plan work, determine methods for support and motivate employees to Participate in presenting social activities
- Plan and Set the direction for Building network and relationships with the community local organization to know the problems and needs of the community.
- Determine how to cooperate with social work groups or other networks in local development including guidelines for Building coalitions and alliances in the community.
- Establish and Set guidelines for Coordinating with citizens, mass groups, or village leaders in nearby communities to listen to complaints and join together to solve social and community problems.
- Arrange for volunteers to Perform public service.
- Set guidelines for creating and instilling awareness of social responsibility among personnel in the organization, such as Building good relationships with outsiders.
- Contact government agencies.
- Participate in activities and provide operational support, financial support and souvenirs of various government agencies

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in any fields
- 7+ years of Experience in Administration factory
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office, Microsoft Excel, email, internet)
- Excellent command of English, spoken and written
- Must be Manage team member before
- Have Strong administrative coordination abilities and customer Service Experience
- Must be able to muti-task and prioritize
- Able to visit factory at Udon Thani branch

- Proactive, Eager to learn, willing to work under pressure, pleasant personality
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
