Work Outline: Manage the team as top of sales department and back-office department as a country manager.
Duties & Responsibility:
Take care of back-office team and organize documents to report to headquarters.
Build, manage and maintain fully functioning organization and operational office
Establish and oversee implementation of key account plans
Develop short and long-term strategic plan in collaboration with the Cluster Head
Conduct customer satisfaction program and determine performance level
Implement and set up overall business development and marketing plan
Achieve the total sales process, database development, prospecting, presenting, negotiating and closing
Identify new and emerging local and regional opportunities for market expansion
Establish and manage clientele and maintain good working relationship with all stakeholders
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 30 – 40
Experience of working for start-up company
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Economics/IT Management/Project Management Professional Certified or equivalent
At least 3-5 years’ experience in IT industry (Supervisor Level)
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Good command of English

Strong leadership and communication skills
Great analytical and interpersonal skills
Work well under pressure
Able to interact with all levels of people when supervising
Languages skills
English: Business level
Workplace Area: Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon-Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 170,000-200,000 THB/ Month
