Cost Management Specialist (Ecommerce/English Speaking) (35K–50K) (SDG-114433)
<Job responsibilities>
- Monitoring and controlling Direct to customer logistics costs or other related expenses.
- Monitor, analyze, and report logistics costs, including transportation and distribution expenses.
- Processing orders and making the report.
- Coordinating with forwarders.
- Overseeing the product claims and returns process.
- Solving problems that may occur during the process
- Identify areas for cost reduction and implement initiatives to achieve savings without compromising service levels.
- Evaluate vendor performance and Ensure compliance with contractual terms and cost targets.
- Streamline supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement best practices and technology solutions to optimize logistics operations.
- Develop, monitor, and manage the logistics budget, ensuring cost control and Provide accurate forecasts for logistics-related expenses.
- Use data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics costs.
- Generate detailed reports for the supervisor on cost trends, variances, and opportunities.
- Work closely with operations TEAM to align cost management goals.
- Identify potential risks in logistics operations and Develop mitigation strategies.
- Visit the customer(Electrical Appliance Companies), 1-2 times/week which is company provide car and driver
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related fields
- At least 3 - 5 years of experiences as Cost planning, Business planning for online or last miles delivery business
- Conversational high level in English (Use for Do report and Presentation to internal and external)
- Good analyzing and estimate cost, load planning skill
- Strong analytical skills and Experience with data tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Proficient in Microsoft office
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Proficiency in logistics management systems (e.g., SAP, TMS, or WMS)
- Master’s degree is preferred
