Duties & Responsibility:
•Responsible for monitoring financial conditions (P/L B/S CF) of affiliates
•Responsible for BOI and Tax issues
•Support affiliates for back office activities
•Handle and summarize reports to Japan HQ
•Provide organization support or coordinate among affiliates
•Interacting with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations
•Assisting the strategic planning, budgeting and improvement in investment
•Managing Corporate Planning teams, the incumbent will be responsible for improving the company's profitability, analyzing performance, and proposing improvements
•Analyzing performance across revenue and expenses lines, variances compared to prior periods, and trend data
•Working with senior management for developing and implementing strategic business plans and initiatives to drive the company's growth across all sectors
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai nationality, Male or Female age 35-45 years old
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Financial Management, Business planning or related fields
•Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Planner/Strategic Planning or relevant working in; Planning, Budgeting, Financial analysis
•Excellent English communication skills
•Computer literacy (especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
•Creative, initiative, Strong problem solving skills
[Prefer]
•Japanese Language skills N3 or higher is preferable
•Experience in Affiliate company management
•Work experience in multinational manufacturer
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Japanese: JLPT N3 or higher is preferable

Salary: 73,000-130,000 THB/ Month
