Duties & Responsibilities:
Work outline: Research law, regulation, market environment of potential investment
Clients: Japanese manufacturing firms
Products: Food, Material, Chemical, infrastructure etc.
【Investment】
Research relevant law, regulation, market environment of potential investment
Draft/Review transaction document & investment scheme
Analyze economic of investment project/Supporting Management’s decision making/Execution of Investment/Monitoring/Exiting
Coordinate with business department, related department and external party including lawyer, auditor, etc.
【Corporate Legal Work】
Organize meeting venue and legal process for shareholder/board of director meeting
Advise on corporate legal matter to management
Obtain government license as required by the company
Research work upon requests
Any other as assignment required by the company and department supervisor.
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age between 22 – 30 years old.
Fresh Graduate is welcome
Bachelor degree in any faculty (Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Accounting Faculty would be an advantage)
Fluent in English (4 skills, reading, listening, speaking and writing)
Good in Japanese (Focus on listening and reading)

Candidate who is open minded, cheerful, active, flexible to do multiple task and able to adapt her/himself to new environment.
Languages skills:
English: Business Level ( Ideally TOEIC 750 and above)
Japanese: Advanced conversation to Business( Ideally N3 and above)
Workplace Area: 10 mins walk from BTS Ploenchit
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000THB – 40,000THB
