Work Outline: Support of affiliates back-office activities (Budged control, Feasibility study, Accounting, Tax etc.)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitoring of affiliates financial conditions (P/L B/S CF)
Support securing source of income to balance with expenditure
Assisting in mid-long term cash management
Supervising the development and implementation of financial simulation models
Evaluating financial reporting systems, accounting procedures and investment activities and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets and other financial control functions to General Managers and other affiliates
Operating reports to the parent company (Singapore/Japan)
Coordination between affiliates and gather affiliates business information.
Notify and report to senior management concerning any trends that are critical to the organization's financial performance
Internal Budget Control and operate the report.
Support and arrange internal weekly management meeting and summary weekly business activity report.
Research of Government privileges, tax planning and so on.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female , age 30-35 years
Bachelor degree or master degree in Business administration, major in Finance
5 years or more in Financial Management of Business plan, Cash Management,
Financial management of business plan for 5 years in management level about budgeting, financial planning and analysis or other financial activities are required
Strategic in though and action, Solid reporting experience, High Communication skill and Teamwork
Preferable:
Affiliate company management at multinational manufacturer is preferable
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level (TOEIC 750 and above if any)
Japanese: Advanced conversation level (Highest and above) [N2 if any]
Workplace Area: MRT Thailand Cultural Center
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (8:00AM – 17:00PM)/ 5 Saturday working in a year
About the Benefit
Salary: Supervisor 35,000 – 60,000 THB / Asst Mgr 55,000 – 90,000 THB (Base)
