Duties & Responsibilities:

Assisting the new set up (rental) management services

Providing the after-sales service of rental condominium and serviced apartments for Japanese customers 

Responsible for the companies that needed to be followed up by the introduction via real estate companies

Problem solving on spot/Negotiation with the owner

In charge of contacting customers via telephone/email/visit if necessary

In charge of not only the rental service but also after purchasing service in the future

Providing information by answering questions and requests

Maintaining continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management; discovering irregularities; determining continuing needs

Accomplishing department and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Other tasks as assigned

Qualification:

Desired skills & experiences:

[Must]

Male/Female, Thai nationality, Age 25 - 39

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in any related field

3 – 5 years’ work experience (Assistant/Sales Coordinator/Sales/Customer Service)

Willing to work for a new set up company

Good command in English and Japanese 

[Prefer]

Work experience in real estate

Initiative/Positive/Challenging

Language skills:

English: Advanced Conversation-Business Level 

Japanese: Business Level (N1-N2)

Workplace Area:Airport Link Ramkham-haeng (15 mins by bus)

Working Hour:Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00　

About the Benefit

Salary: 25,000-40,000 THB/Month
