Duties & Responsibility:

Consulting services associated with the M & A.

【Details】

Typically work on an engagement focusing on either portfolio strategy, target screening, pre-deal assessment/due diligence, post-deal merger integration, joint ventures or divestiture/carve-out strategy and planning

Look for the company to a joint venture in Thailand, will be introduced to Japan.

Lead a work stream and be responsible for rigorous analysis to identify and validate value creation opportunities for our clients

Develop cohesive conclusions and present key findings, typically to C-level clients

Be responsible for coaching and mentoring analysts and junior consultants on the team

Support in practice/ community building efforts such as recruitment, training and thought leadership

Engage with the wider strategy community in UKI to foster collaboration and support growth and development of the business

Qualification:

[Must]     

Thai Nationality , Male or Female , age 25 - 35 years old 

Bachelor’s degree.

Language skills: Japanese business Level (contact to Japan side)

Language skills: English business Level (Contact to client)

At least 3 years’ experience in consulting field.

 [Preferable]     

Experience in Finance consulting field. [involved in M & A]

Languages skills:

English: Business Level 

Japanese: N2 Level over

Workplace Area:(BTS) Phloen Chit / Bangkok 

Working Hour:Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00

About the Benefit

Salary: 50,000 - 90,000 THB / Month
