Work Outline: Responsible for planning and coordinating a job on site and implement constructions
Duties & Responsibilities:
Contract negotiation with clients
Issue quotation
Create working schedule and assign appropriate tasks to workers
Place order for needed equipment
Drawings instruction & double check
Construction progress management (instruction, coaching, status confirmation)
Ensure that work is always in good progress
Keep management updated on project development
Make sure that works are completed on or before deadlines
Ensure that safety of workers is guaranteed at all times
Other task as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/female, 27-35 years
Bachelor’s degree
More than 5 years’ experience as construction management in construction site
English conversational level
Have driver’s license and own car
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in interior construction
Experience in Japanese company
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level

Workplace Area: Samuthprakarn
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)

Salary: 20,000 – 45,000 THB Negotiable
