Work Outline
Collect rental payment from the customer on past overdue payment, monitors and follow up by phone and field collector.
Detail
Handle debt collection and ensure the credit control align with the policy.
Take action with the customer overdue in legal process or legal execution process.
Repossess our property from the customer and asset investigation in part of legal execution process.
Manage overdue customer in term of restructure, recovery and write-offs debt
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Age 26-35, Male only
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Law or any related field.
At least 2 years’ experience in collection debt
Hard-working, outgoing, able to work in a team and able to handle challenges
Having experience from financial or banking industry is an advantage
Knowledge in Lease Property Agreement is an advantage
Good Negotiation and Collaboration skill
Have driving License and Own car
Languages skills
English: Advance conversational level
Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi
Working Hour:8.30 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)

Salary: 25,000-40,000 THB/ Month
