Work Outline: Proceed with debt collection of the clients
Duties & Responsibility:
•Handles disputed accounts and negotiates to bring payment into line with terms
•Obtains sufficient information to assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers
•Respond positively & professionally to customer's queries and work closely with other internal departments to resolve promptly issues or disputes raised by customers
•Works within guidelines and reports to the Collection Manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai nationality , Male / Female aged 25 - 29
•Minimum 2 years of experience in Collection, Hire Purchase, Leasing and Legal experience in particular in the automotive sector
•Bachelor or Master degree in any related field
•Good communication and negotiation skills and able to work under pressure
•Using the Microsoft Office
•Good command of English

•Work well on teams, within and outside of function
•Service mind, positive attitude and high responsibility
