Work Outline: Provides necessary advice, recommendation and support claims staff in claim handing
Duties & Responsibility:
Provides necessary advice, recommendation and support claims staff in claim handing.
Advise, negotiate with the insured regarding claim matter.
Carries out survey and/or assign for survey subject to settlement authority.
Reports the superior on development of any claim related works.
Expedites any insurance claim settlement within the given authority.
Controls the efficiency of outstanding and recovery claims.
Provides claim service standard.
Supports the superior regarding claim matter.
Evaluates the subordinate’s performance.
Coordinates any Japanese related matters
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male or Female, age not over 45 years old
Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing or related field
Japanese communication at least level N2
Good command in English Strong management skills, excellent interpersonal skills
[Preferable]
Insurance background is preferable
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese : N2 or above
Workplace Area: Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30 – 16.45 PM. (Mon - Fri)
