Civil Engineering Staff or Assistant Manager (34K–45K) (SDG-114480)


<Job responsibilities>
- Monitor and control project cost with local partner (real estate developer)
- Monitor and control Develop , EIA , Bidding process with our local partner (real estate developer)
- Monitor and control construction progress with our local partner (real estate developer)
- Monitor and control post construction process with our local partner (real estate developer)
- Check design drawings as part of quality control. E.g., no risk of water leakage, enough sound insulation and so on.
- Supervise construction site and check the building quality.
- Propose better designs or construction method in order to improve building quality.
- Interpret (Thai <--> Eng.) conversations during meetings and take minutes of meetings.
- Translate documents (Thai <--> Eng.).
- And other tasks as assigned.
*** There will be more non-routine tasks and the candidate is expected to be flexible and self-driven for the smooth operation of the project.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering
• More than 4-5 years of working in construction and management for condominium and hotel
* architect field
• Associate license of Civil engineering
• Conversational-middle of English
• PC skills - Outlook/MS Word/MS Excel/MS Power Point/AutoCAD (much better to be able to use Illustrator/Photoshop)

<Preferable Experience/Skill>
• More than 4-5 years of working experience as a site architect

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong
Working Hour: 9:00-17:40(Monday to Friday)
